What we do:
We specialize in family matters including international cases, in civil cases and criminal matters related to counteracting domestic violence. As attorneys – at – law, we represent clients before courts and administration and advise business entities. We cooperate also with foreign organizations dealing with the protection of children’s rights. We conduct trainings and seminars for students of universities in Poznań as well as administration and institutions in the field of family law, civil law, mediation and criminal law. We speak German, English and basic Italian.
We treat each case individually and try to find an appropriate strategy for our clients. We are supported by a team of lawyers, as well as a psychologist, mediator, sworn translators and notary office.
Our specializations
We assist clients in divorce, alimony, parental authority and child contact cases, as well as criminal cases related to family matters. We also handle proceedings related to assets management between spouses or cohabitants and pre- or post-divorce property separation or division.. We draw up parental agreements and draft mediation settlements. We assist with court adoption proceedings, including cases requiring the application of the law of a country other than Poland.
We specialize in providing assistance with family disputes of an international character, in particular in matters covered by the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, alimony enforcement from a parent residing outside of Poland, disputes over parental responsibility and child contact cases between parents living in Poland and abroad.
